This site collects as little data as possible. Here is what, why, and for how long.

Who is responsible for your data?

What is collected

• Contact form (home page): your name, your business, how to reach you, and your message.
• Advice request form: your name, email, phone, your business, and whatever you choose to tell me about your project.
• AI assistant: the text of the conversation and, only if you give them, your name and a way to reach you.

No data is ever sold or used for advertising.

Why

• To answer your request and prepare our conversation (steps prior to a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To improve the AI assistant's answers (legitimate interest, GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

How long

• Form messages: 3 years after our last contact, then deleted.
• AI assistant conversations: 6 months, then deleted automatically.

Who has access

Only me. The data passes through these technical providers, which process it on my behalf:

• Cloudflare: hosts the site.
• Supabase: database (servers in Ireland).
• Web3Forms: delivers messages by email.
• Google: the Gmail inbox that receives messages, and the fonts (Google Fonts) your browser loads.
• Anthropic: writes the AI assistant's answers.

Some of these providers are outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the safeguards the GDPR provides for (the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

Cookies

No advertising or analytics cookies. The site sets one cookie, "site_lang", which remembers the language you picked in the site menu (kept for 1 year). The AI assistant keeps the current conversation in your browser; it is gone when you close the tab. Both are needed for the site to work, so they don't require consent.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it or receive a copy of it, or object to its use. One email to fh.fariba.ai@gmail.com is enough; I reply within one month at most. If you feel your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the CNIL, France's data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
